Keto Snack Bar Recipe - 2g net carbs per serving

Hey everyone, hope you like our keto friendly snack bar recipe here.
Much as I like candy, I prefer not to buy any of the few keto friendly bars out there, never quite taste the way I'm hoping they will. These bars have a nutella / ferrero rocher vibe with their toasted hazelnut topping, a flavor combo I really love.

Ingredients:
- 115g (1 Cup) Blanched hazelnuts
- 40g (1/3 Cup) Almond flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 50g (1/4 Cup) Powdered monk fruit allulose blend or desired sweetener
- 1 heaped tbsp Almond butter or any nut butter
- 15g (1/2 oz) Coconut oil, softened
- Hazelnuts (preferably toasted) for topping
Instructions:
- Place blanched hazelnuts in a food processor and process until coarse.
- Add almond flour, cacao, sweetener, almond butter, and coconut oil.
- Process until you have a smooth paste.
- Transfer the mixture into a paper-lined loaf pan.
- Top with some hazelnuts (preferably toasted) or leave as it is. Place in a cold fridge for at least 1 hour , though I'd probably suggest a minimum of 2 hours in a really cold fridge for a more solid bar. At one hour the bar is still quite pliable, but no less tasty
- Cut into bars and serve
