This is so simple
Start heating a pan with butter
Mix cinnamon or pumpkin spice with
1 Egg, heavy cream and water or light milk (I use fairlife bc it’s 6 carbs for whole cup) but you only need a cup for a LOT of bread, like 8 slices or more
add a sweetener of choice, I used a powdered type.. add a pinch of salt..
Add matcha if you want? They turn green
Then use any zero carb bread slices from Aldis or any zero carb bread to dip in the bowl of your cinamilk mix and fry till you’re happy with the crust.
Use a whipped cream sugar free as topping or zero carb syrup
Fry till satisfied, you control the crust.
