One of my absolute favorite things is beer potatoes for St. Patrick's day, but this year I'm doing keto as opposed to all other years. Wondering if anyone's tried beer cauliflower before, was it good? was it bad? Are there recipes out there/maybe just a recommendation for what type of beer to use.
