Hi, this is my first post, hopefully I'm doing this right.

Chicken steak with bacon, green pepper, tomato, butter, mayo and carrots + an omelette

Ingredients:

- two chicken breasts

- about 200g of bacon

- a thick slice of butter

- 4 eggs

- mayo (some good low carb)

- 4 small tomatoes

- 100g of pre-fried onion

- 1 small carrot

- 1 green pepper

- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

- cut the pepper into a cup

- put a little bit of mayo inside this cup

- cut up the tomatoes and put them inside the cup as well

- cut the bacon and carrots into small bits

- heat up the pan and put butter in and wait for it to melt

- add bacon, carrots and onions to the pan

- fry the bacon until crispy

- put the chicken in and cover up the pan, when the chicken starts to show white on the top side, flip it

- remove the chicken, bacon, onion and carrots (but leave the fat on the pan)

- put the bacon, onions and carrots on top of the green pepper cup

- beat the eggs in separate container

- pour the eggs into the pan, cover it up and wait until eggs are solid omelette

Done!
