Ingredients:
First I chopped the onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, and Canadian bacon. (Breakfast ham works too). Then I sauteed those ingredients using 2 tablespoons of butter for 3 minutes on medium high. While that was cooking, I scrambled the eggs in a bowl with the half & half. I turned down the heat on the stove, added the last tablespoon of butter to coat the pan, and then added the eggs. I let them cook for a minute or two and then flipped it all over. Then I added the black pepper and cheese on top. When the cheese was mostly melted, I added a few dashes of Louisiana hot sauce to finish it off. Bon appetit! [link] [comments] |
