If I wanted to make malted cookies or malted milkshakes like Horlicks or Ovaltine, how would I do that? Are there flavour-only extracts of malted barley (similar to vanilla extract or the various fruit extracts you can get) and not malted barley extracts that contain sugar?
In the UK, Yorkshire Tea has a malted tea and biscuits flavour that has a subtle malted flavour so I want to try and bake cookies that have a similar, if not stronger, malted flavour or simply malt flavoured nut milk.
