I used to make torihamu before keto (basically marinating chicken breasts for 2 days in honey and salt to give it a ham texture) and it worked out great but don’t know what to do now. There are a lot of recipes out there where they just bake breasts in salt and pepper and claim it tastes just like lunch meat but I don’t buy it.
