Hello! I am trying to recreate a light and fluffy keto baguette 🥖 with the following ingredients but without success. Does anyone have any suggestions for proportions? My bread isn’t rising and is coming out too moist.
Almond flour
Sesame flour
Egg white powder
Psyllium seed husks
Bamboo fiber
Citrus fiber
Baking Soda
Cream of Tatar
Vitamin C powder
Any tips or changes to the recipe would be appreciated!
