This has no fake sweetness, it is bitter, its fat, its intense, but its beautiful and healthy. I don't do exact measurements. Cut 1 vanilla bean into the smallest pieces and throw it into the melted cacao butter into a pan. When the butter is all liquid add the chocolate chunks and stir until everything together is liquid (I tried with powder before, but these taste better, just pure bio cacao), leave for a bit. Equal amounts of butter and chocolate. (you can also change some of the cacao butter for coco butter, but I love the pure cacao taste). Put your favorite nuts (I used almonds and pecan) into a kitchen machine and make 'm into smaller pieces (if you prefer the whole nuts, skip this part). Mix the nuts and the liquid chocolate into something covered with baking paper. Let it cool down till room temperature and put it into the fridge until its solid. We add it cut down into yoghurt but you can also just eat it as it is.. It contains mostly the carbs from the nuts (cacao has like 1,8% sugar, the rest is fiber) so you can eat it without too much restrictions. It seems I have to add measurements. So my guess 1 vanilla bean200gr cacao butter200gr cacao chunks400gr nuts [link] [comments] |
