Making A Meatza Supreme

Let’s make meatza! Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet cookie sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.

Add all of the crust ingredients to a large bowl and mix to combine. I like to use my hands for this to make sure that everything is well combined and there aren’t any clumps of meat.

Place the meat mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press down the mixture so that it is even thickness and goes almost all the way to the side of the pan.

Bake for 15 minutes, until the meat is cooked through. Remove from the oven and drain off any excess fat from the pan. Pat the meat with a paper towel to absorb any excess grease.

Next, top the meat evenly with marinara (make sure it’s no sugar added!), then the cheese, and then the rest of the toppings. Place your meatza under the broiler on high for an additional 5-6 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut into 10 equal sized pieces.
