Requesting ideas! Sugar-free jello isn't readily available where I live. I have gelatin....

I love jello and want to make some creamy jello stuff.

I live in India. Although sugar-free jello is technically available here on amazon, it is ridiculously expensive. So, I do not have jello mix or flavor extracts (except vanilla). All those lemon/orange extracts I used to use in the US are also not available here.

I DO have gelatin, heavy cream, cream cheese, and diet flavored water. I also have sugar-free red bull and can get teas.

Any ideas for what I can make and HOW? TIA!
