So, I see a lot of awesome recipes on here, but about 95% of them contain some form of sweetener. My problem is that I have completely quit any artificial sweeteners since they make both me and my wife get terribly upset stomachs, which is unpleasant for me and downright hazardous for my wife (she has Chrons). Not just the usual suspects, almost all artificial sweeteners will ruin me for days.
As you can imagine this makes Keto (or LCHF as it's called here) a challenge; so what I'm wondering is this:
Can someone help me recommend some sweeteners that I could try that might not give me this problem? Everything "normal" except Stevia affects me, and I absolutely loathe Stevia...
