1.5 cups water
1.5 cups ground Lupin beans (I used Carrington farms - available on AMZ)
0.75 cups heavy whipping cream
6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese (to taste)
4 tablespoons butter
0.5 tsp Kosher salt (to taste)
0.5 tsp onion powder (to taste)
0.5 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
In medium sauce pan, bring water to bubbling.
Add cream and Lupin beans and bring to just bubbling again (2-3 minutes)
Add remaining ingredients and stir until melted/combined (I did this off-heat)
