Noodle dish
3lb pork shoulder/belly, cut into chunks
1 small head cabbage, cut into strips
Shallot
2.5tbsp soy sauce
2.5tbsp swerve brown sugar
2tbsp butter
1tbsp ground ginger (adjust to taste)
garlic/salt/pepper to taste
Soup
5C water
3 chicken & herb bouillon cubes
.5tbsp ground ginger
2tsp soy sauce
1tsp sesame oil (or more to taste)
4 eggs, lightly beaten
Green onion
1) melt butter on med high heat and add .5-1 shallot diced, once hot add pork and sprinkle with garlic 2) stir occasionally while browning pork and drain if needed. 3) when pork is nearly done put water & bouillon on to boil 4) once pork is browned add brown sugar replacement & soy sauce; sprinkle with salt, pepper, ginger 5) add cabbage to get hot (cook to desired doneness) 6)add soy, sesame and ginger to soup 7) stirring in one direction slowly pour egg into soup and reduce heat until ready to eat 8) serve (we got 3 adult meals, 2 kid meals from this) and sprinkled green onion into soup once it was in bowls
