Keto Pumpkin Pasta

Has anyone tried making a keto-ish pasta with pumpkin (canned) and either coconut or almond flour?

I’ve looked through some recipes posted and there are some that are flour, egg, xantham gum but no comments on texture or taste.

Just curious if anyone has tried it before I get my kitchen and pasta maker filthy lol.

I am gluten free and shiritaki reviews scare the crap out of me, also the texture is not worth it to begin with. Haven’t tried the palm noodles yet but the price has me willing to experiment first.
