I hope this is ok to post beacuse full disclosure i stumbled across these reciepes watching this youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K6dZW1V3-FU. ( I am not affliated with this person in anyway just giving credit. I don't even know who she is).

These recipes are from african/south american countries that might not be well known in the west. These are ways certain countries that naturally grow avacados have adapted them into or have primarly used them their local cuisine.

I've only included from the above video the reciepes I believe will be keto friendly or adapted to keto:

(African/Guinea-Bissau)Tuna and avacado and cream thing: https://www.196flavors.com/guinea-bissau-abacate-recheado-com-atum/

(Colombian) Avacado Soup: https://mastercook.com/app/Recipe/WebRecipeDetails?recipeId=7604180

(Africa/Eswatini (Swaziland))Super Quick Avocado Salad: https://www.196flavors.com/eswatini-slaai/

I noticed that these recipes from these different countries are very suitable for a low carb diet. You may be able to google other variations of the dishes. You can watch the video to see the girls reaction she says they're nice.

I'm going to try these recipes in the coming weeks. If you have made these before please share any information or if you did or didn't like things or if you substitued anything as I would personally love to know.

These seem like really great ways to get fat into your diet if you struggle like me on some days and dont like traditional chocolate based fat bomb recipes :p
